Moments 02, as its name suggested, is the second outlet opened by the team that manage Moments 01 in Wangsa Maju. Reservation for Moments 02 through Eatigo is also available so you can enjoy discount up to 50% if you booked at the correct hours.
Moments 02 is a homey cafe located on the first level above a Shabu Shabu restaurant. It was a nice coincidence that day because we were celebrating a friend’s birthday that day where the restaurant suddenly went pitch black due to no electricity. Somehow, candle light from the birthday cake makes the environment more festive. 😀
Even though electricity supply was cut off suddenly, the staff handled the situation quite well and informed us that oven couldn’t be used.
Food quality wise, there are still room for improvement. For example, the black pepper sauce for the grilled chicken tastes rather bland and not so appetising. Slices of smoked duck for the spaghetti were delicious and juicy but the pasta is not creamy enough. Overall, the food quality is average.
