Spag & Jus opened their first outlet in Sunway Pyramid few years ago and it has now finally opened another outlet in Sunway Velocity. This restaurant is located at level B1 where many other affordable foods can be found. As the space is quite limited, dining tables and chairs are arranged closely together to the extent that you may overheard your neighbour’s conversation. So this may not be the best choice if you’re looking for a romantic date night. Hahaha!
We ordered Slurpy Fish and add-on with a poached egg an additional spaghetti as we are sharing the meal. For the sauce, we selected mushroom sauce.
The stirred fry spaghetti was delicious with the aroma of spices and pepper incorporated in every bite. Topping up with the mushroom sauce, makes the two very good combination. Poached egg on the other hand, may be slightly overcooked but it still compliment the spaghetti very well. We are a little disappointed on the fish fillet because it tasted like those fish fillet that was sold in our secondary school canteen. It is hard on the outside and the meat inside is too thin, makes it hard overall.
Overall, the spaghetti was really good and we definitely recommend it but remember to order some drinks as the pepper is quite heavy.
