Gather is sort of a bar restaurant located opposite of RHB bank on the first level in Damansara Uptown. The menu includes both asian and western cuisine and good selections of wines and alcoholic drinks. Booked through Eatigo, we got 50% discount from the food menu. All four of us ordered pasta since we wanted to have lighter food that day. Although the menu doesn’t have any option for non-spicy pasta, the hotness of spicy pasta is still within our acceptable range. We had a Smoked Duck Spaghetti Aglio Olio and Spicy Prawn Spaghetti Aglio Olio.
Overall, the pasta was very appetising. Spaghetti was cooked to al dente and the smoked duck is tender enough but not dry. On the other hand, prawns are also relatively fresh as well. Here’s a tips for the gents to impress your sweetheart, you could order Spicy Prawn Aglio Olio and show your gentlemanships by peeling the prawn shells for her. LOL.
The food was quite well cooked. We all enjoyed our dinner that day. Though, without discount from Eatigo, the dinner is quite expensive. So make sure to looked through the app for any 50% discount before you visit.
